What hours can I access my storage unit?
We can provide to you a security key which enables you 24 hour access 7 days a week to your unit.
Can I stop by to view the storage spaces available?
We welcome you to have a hands on view of the storage space as it is many times easier to see the size you may need before renting.
Are there any items I am not able to store?
For safety and control we do not allow flammable or hazardous materials, food, or liquid.
Do I need to provide any documentation or identification in order to rent?
We ask for photo identification eg. drivers licence when a rental contract is signed.
When do I pay each month?
The rental period is month to month and based on the anniversary date of the contract.
I'm I charged for each month, or is the rental agreement pro-rated if my term is before the end of the month?
By pro-rating daily we will only charge you the period for the rental of the unit.
What if I do not want to rent for a full month?
We will not charge for a full month although a minimum rental is for 2 weeks and pro-rated daily.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit, Cash or Money Orders. To ensure up to date monthly payments we recommended you use our auto-pay monthly plan. You simply charge your credit card on the monthly anniversary date of your move in.
Am I required to have insurance before I move in?
We do not provide insurance and it is the responsibility of the renter to have home owners insurance up to date to protect your belongings. Home owners insurance will cover storage of your property.
Do I need to supply my own lock?
We have specific locks available for storage units and recommend you purchase this style.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
It is necessary that we have a current record of any changes to address and contact numbers on file. When a change occurs please provide in person or in writing the updated information.
How much notice do I need to give before I move out?
The renter must provide notice of moving out on or before the date of vacating the rental unit.
Do you supply boxes for moving.
Yes we have boxes for packing and storing your belongings.
